 Every piece is checked several times, while buying, while photographing and while packing to ensure you get a piece which is complete in all aspects. With us, what you see is what you get!

  Are there any hidden costs?

 Our prices are inclusive of all and any taxes and other charges.

 Disclaimer: The colors of actual products may differ a little from what is shown on the website. Trendy Souk team has made sure to keep this variation to the minimum but it is not completely avoidable due to the nature of the products.

What are the various payment options available?

 We accept all major credit and debit cards and offer netbanking with most leading banks.

 What is your privacy policy?

 Our payment gateway is secure and we do not store or use your information in any way.

 Do you offer cash on delivery?

 We do not offer cash on delivery at the moment. 

 

Returns & Refunds:

 Can I cancel an order already placed?

 Orders placed on Trendy Souk cannot be cancelled.

 In what cases can I ask for a refund?

Refund is applicable only if the product received is damaged in any way or a different product has been shipped to you. But slight variations in color from the product photographs do not qualify for return.

 

Note: For Pearls we are offering LIFETIME GUARANTEE for color fade or Lustre of Pearls.

 

What is the process for refund?

Please send us an email at customerservice@trendysouk.com within a week of receiving a damaged product with order number and details of damage.

How will the refund be made to me?

On receiving the product we will check our stock for a replacement and will send it to you free of cost. If we do not have a similar product, we will issue refund. Relevant notification email will be sent to you.

What about the shipping cost I incur on returning the product?

The shipping charges as mentioned on your returned package will be refunded.

We send the notifications confirming your order and after shipping your order.
